Order Correct Size For Waist Trainer

A crucial part in ordering shapewear is identifying the best size for your body. Don’t make the mistake of ordering a size that's too small because you think you might look thinner. Truthfully it will be unfavourable and uncomfortable. Also don’t make the mistake by ordering a size bigger because the shapewear performance will not be as effective if there is no compression. Below is a guide on how to measure yourself accurately.

Preparation

Do not measure yourself on a full stomach. The best time to measure is just before having dinner. You need a flexible measuring tape or non-stretchy string and a ruler.

Remove or lift up clothing

To get an accurate measurement, you need to remove any layers of clothing blocking your waist line.

Find your waist

When you bend to the side your deepest wrinkle is your waist. It will also be the narrowest part of your torso (Usually just above the belly button).

Take your measurement

Stand up straight and ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. It should fit snugly around your torso without digging into your skin.

Read the tape

Look at the place on the tape where the zero end meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your waist measurement so write it down somewhere.

Double-check

Repeat the measurement once more to ensure the accuracy of your original measurement. If it is different from the first time, measure for a third time and take the average of the three numbers.

Great Product
Ordered online and arrived within a couple of days. Really nice packaging and really pleased with the quality of the waist trainer. Also really like the instruction booklet and diary log. Wear it pretty much everyday with ease because its so comfortable.

Best waist trainer.
I am really surprised with the quality of the waist trainer. The rubber latex feels so nice and expensive. Love the 25 bones for support. Don’t bother with other waist trainers with 10 bones. This feels more comfortable to wear. It also comes gift wrapped which I’ve never seen before 🙂

25 bones all day long.
Been waisttraining for 6 months. Never will I get a 9 bone waist trainer. 25 bones all the way. So much more compression and support. So much better.

Definitely works
I definitely feel as if this waist trainer is working. I wear it during workouts and feel much sweatier. Feels as if I’m burning more calories.

Back Pain No More
I’ve suffered from back pain for years since I had an accident. My waisttrainer helps support my back during light exercises and when I’m out shopping or lifting anything. I don’t feel as much pain with it on.

Best waist trainer I’ve ever bought

Really helps after birth
After giving birth it really helped with my back pain as well as helped with my stomach muscles healing. I would recommend this to all new mothers.

WOW
I’ve been trying all sorts of things to reduce my waist size. These waist trainers work 100%. I was a 30” waist and within a week I've dropped to 29”. Yes, it is a little uncomfortable at first and hard to get on but once you wear it in its totally fine. Just like a new pair of skinny jeans.

Amazing

Fab waist trainer
So my amazing husband bought me one of these fab waist trainers that I had been hinting for, for my birthday.. having 4 kids and my youngest being only 6 months my belly hasn’t sprung back into shape like before, I needed some help for sure!! Trying to get the gym is impossible for me so I’ve started working out in my back garden, with my tribe 🤦🏼‍♀️ can’t say it’s easy or even every day Cos tha would be a lie it’s like when I have a spare 40 mins I’ll jump in the back an do what ever I can 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway iv had this waist trainer on now for only 3 days N it feels absolutely amazing already, Iv had them before off amazon n they’ve been shit this one is by far the BEST!! I’m not a bullshitter and I hateeee false advertising, but I am really impressed with @maskateertm and their waist trainers 🙌🏻👌🏻 so anyone who’s just had a baby or even those who just need a extra help go and check them out they always have offers and discount codes available too 👍🏻🖤 I wear mine for 4 hours a day, will post pics of before and after in 2 weeks 🤭 10/10 from me on this product and will recommend to everyone.
