WHAT IS WAIST TRAINING?

The apparel/garment is built with a double layer ultra-light net with a soft support wire in the back. You can easily adjust the compression around your abdominal area with the loop fastener on the front.


HOW TO WAIST TRAIN?

You can wear your waist trainer while doing your daily housework, whilst walking, or sitting, whether studying, reading a book, watching TV or any other relaxing activity when you are fully awake.

For ultimate weight loss and body reshaping, ensure you wear your waist trainer every day, especially in the first month of waist training. That way you can achieve a great body quickly.

Follow these simple and important steps:

• Wear the waist trainer for 1-2 hours a day initially after purchase and a maximum of 4 hours per day at a later stage (2-weeks later). Wear the product over a slim-fit top or on bare skin (see Disclaimer). Best results are achieved by wearing your waist trainer every day for a minimum of 2 hours.

Do NOT wear it for more than 4 hours a day!

• The MASKATEER® waist trainer is built to work on its own. If you wear it during exercising make sure you wear it only during stretching or warm ups for no more than 30 minutes, and on the row of hooks on the corset that makes it feel looser rather than tighter.

• Record and follow your progress in your “Diarology”, a diary and schedule booklet provided by MASKATEER® upon purchase.

• Change hooks when the corset feels too loose.

• Upgrade to a new tighter waist trainer when you achieve your target.

• If you exercise regularly, whether cardiovascular or weight training we recommend you also purchase the MASKATEER® Sports Belt to go with your waist trainer.

MASKATEER® Sport Belts

Simply put your sport belt over a top or on bare skin. If you do intense training sessions, we recommend you wear the sport belt over a top to avoid too much skin rubbing. You can exercise with your sports belt. Just ensure you keep it tight but comfortable. It is important that you breathe normally during your workout. For best results wear your sports belt during every training session.

MASKATEER® Waist Trainers & Sports Belts

1. Use MASKATEER® Tender Aroma Spray. The cleaning spray is filled with organic ingredients to cleanse your waist trainer from sweat and stains and to revive the garment's appearance and condition. For more information, read the bottle.

2. Hand wash your corset in cold water or wash in a gentle cycle in cold water. Do not put your waist trainer or sports belt in the dryer or washing machine.

3. Air dry your corset. Corsets and belts must be dried out by turning the lining to the upper side and hanging over a line. Never hang near a heat source or directly under sunlight as over time this will cause shrinkage and eventually damage to the stitching.

4. Most customers prefer to have more than one waist trainer so they can alternate its use and prolong the life and condition of each waist trainer and sports belt.

5. Maintaining your waist trainer and sports belt is important if you want to maintain your shape. Upgrade to a smaller size when your garment becomes loose.

6. Ensure you follow your follow your personal progress and keep everything recorded in the “Diarology” provided by MASKATEER® and upgrade to your new, smaller size immediately when your waist gets smaller.
